Shared Service Center expands functionality

The Shared Service Center (SSC), a new office at AUCA, is pleased to announce a new functionality in registrar and financial services:
鈥淚n general, we receive positive feedback about our work from students, faculty and staff,鈥� said Taalaibek Shaiimkulov, Director of SSC.

Now students, faculty and staff can receive the following list of documents from SSC.
- New Registrar Services:
- Student听Status听Certificates 鈥� available within 10 minutes
- Official Transcripts - issued within 10 minutes, provided payment (100 KGS per copy)
- Form #26听(military, for Kyrgyz citizens only) - prepared within 30 minutes.
- Academic Records Certificates听- prepared within 3-4 work days.
- Academic Applications: Academic leave, Dismissal Form, Readmission After (academic leave, study abroad, and dismissal), Name Change in Academic Database, Transfer within the University 鈥� provided immediately.
- Academic Forms: Withdrawal, Incomplete, Add/Drop form, Study Card, Check Out list 鈥� provided immediately.

- New Financial Services:
- Reimbursing expenses on: medical and travel, late registration, and business trip
- Consultation on how to use Cash-in terminals
- Accepting payments through POS-terminals
- Apply for late payment

To receive the document you must send a request either through an SSC terminal with your Universal ID card, or via email to听service@auca.kg. In the email request you should indicate your full name, your ID number, the name of the requested document, the document鈥檚 destination, and language of the document.
